Rewarding the Good Dealer in the Game of Craps

Has it ever crossed your mind to give out some cash to casino croupier? The first reaction of a lot of players might be of disbelief and doubt because why should they give some cash to the casino croupier? The answer to this question is that you should, especially if your croupier has been kind and attentive enough especially in answering your questions about the game you are playing like in craps.

A tip is known as a toke. You do want to be branded as a "stiff" by casino dealers and you will be rather branded as a "GEORGE" or those people that gave some cash to dealer regardless on what is their result in the game. Casino dealers usually just receive a minimum amount for their salary aside from the tips that they receive from generous casino patrons. They are like the waiters and waitresses that we see when we eat out on restaurants that provide us some excellent service and rely on tips to increase their earnings every month.

The crap croupier is responsible for attending to the wagers and giving out the money to the players. They also provide the answer to any relevant question that you have in the game in a polite manner and just makes your whole gaming experience more fun and entertaining. Croupiers in craps usually divide the money that they earn from the games among themselves instead of just putting away what they receive from generous customers. This makes your life more difficult especially if you want to give a substantial tip to the dealer that you deem worthy receiving that kind of amount.

A top class or low class dealer in craps is not determined by the degree of skill that they possess but their overall attitude on how they handle the game. If the craps croupier is generally polite and entertaining, there is absolutely no reason why you should not commend that dealer because you would rather have a dealer that is entertaining even if the game has a slow pace rather than the dealer who handles the quickly but is like a mechanical robot.

However disappointing it may be, there is nothing that you can do to ensure that the good dealer will get the lion's share of the tip that you will give. But if you are disappointed on a performance of a dealer, you can casually say to the good dealer that you are not that satisfied with the performance of the bad dealer. The good dealer knows, especially if you are a "GEORGE" that they should reprimand the bad dealer because you might stop giving some tip and other customers might follow your example. Do not place the blame on the craps croupier if you are having a horrible time.

You should not base your decision on whether you will give some tip or not to your results in the game. If you are also a good tipper, craps dealers will remember you the next time you will visit the casino and will do everything that they can to help you have a memorable visit.
